Super Bowl Sunday Snow Details + House Destroyed In Fire: CT News
Another gold medal for a CT resident / This home has a professional hockey rink inside it / COVID-19 updates for every town in CT.

Good Saturday morning Connecticut,
It will almost feel like spring Saturday with temperatures in the low to mid 50s and the sun will appear from behind the clouds during the afternoon. And then all of a sudden the temperatures will plummet, and light snow is forecast to break out around daybreak and continue off-and-on until early Sunday afternoon.
An inch of snow is likely the most we'll see, and some areas may only see a dusting, according to the National Weather Service. Monday and Tuesday look very cold before we warm back up into the upper 40s on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday of next week look rainy.

ROXBURY, CT — Lindsey Jacobellis, a gold medal winner just days ago in women's snowboard cross, won a second Olympic gold medal Saturday in mixed team snowboard cross at the 2022 Beijing Games, as seen in the U.S. on NBC Sports Friday night.
Jacobellis, 36, teamed with 40-year-old Nick Baumgartner in the relay-type event. In mixed team snowboard cross, a male snowboarder races the course, sets a time, and then a female teammate rides the same course with a staggered time advantage or disadvantage based on the first rider's time. This is the first Winter Olympics with the mixed snowboard cross race.
With two gold medals for Jacobellis, the 2022 Beijing Games have been a huge success for the highly decorated snowboarder. In addition to Olympic silver and gold medals, the Roxbury resident, who grew up in Danbury, has also won multiple X Games and World Championship titles.
"This has been really incredible," Jacobellis said on NBC Sports about her Olympic journey this year. (Read more here).
