A tree worker fell 40 feet from a tree just before noon Saturday, according to the Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department.
Twenty people responded, including 13 firefighters, EMTs, and two fire police certified members, along with the Windham Hospital paramedic, Connecticut State Police, and LifeFlight helicopter.
The worker was flown to the closest Level 1 Trauma Center at Hartford Hospital.
