Jeremy Struzik, owner of the former brewery, posted the following: "Unfortunately due to health issues, selling my turn key brewery. You’d be buying all the equipment, tables, chairs, etc. You’d lease the space. 4bbl system (made 3-5bbls depending on ABV) 3 - 7.5 bbl fermenters 3 -3.5bbl fermenters, BCSC Controller, 44 kegs, walk-in, chiller, etc. too much to list. Ask any brewer, licenses are the hardest and most expensive when you need engineers and architects. PM me for more details."
The price to buy the brewery is listed at $72,000, down from $80,000. The new operator would lease the building.
