He was released on a $25,000 bond and will appear in New Britain Superior Court Monday.

• Stuart Chase, 32, of Main Street, Leeds, Mass., for interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace.

He is being held on a $25,000 bond and will appear in New Britain Superior Court Monday.

According to the SPD, Southington, Plainville, and Cheshire police were called to the 75 Center bar/restaurant, located at 75 Center St., Southington, for a fight and stabbing.

Police said employees of the bar attempted to intervene in an argument between Adrian Montes and Chase and an unknown male.

According to police, the argument escalated and bar bouncers escorted Adrian Montes and Chase to the door, reporting they were being argumentative.

Chase then punched a bouncer in the face, police said, causing a brawl.

During the fracas, Heidi Montes, who is the sister of Adrian Montes and an associate of Chase displayed pepper spray and a "wand shank" connected to her key chain, verbally threatening to stab the 75 Center bouncers, according to the SPD.

Police said Heidi Montes then sprayed pepper spray at a bouncer and stabbed him in the left side of the face with the shank, causing injury.

According to the SPD, Heidi Montes then continued and stabbed a second bouncer multiple times in the head and neck, causing "serious injury."

Police said Heidi Montes' actions led to three separate bouncers being injured in the melee before she was taken into custody by police.

Adrian Montes and Chase were taken into custody without incident, police said.

Meanwhile, police said they are continuing to investigate the incident, utilizing both video surveillance and several eyewitness accounts.

They also recovered Heidi Montes' weapon from the scene, according to the SPD.

"Two of the bouncers injured were transported for medical treatment," wrote police Sunday in a release. "Both are reported to be in good condition, having narrowly escaped potentially life-threatening injuries."
