• Former Ansonia Police Station To Be Converted To Apartments (newhavenindependent.org) — Ansonia’s former police station at 2 Elm Street is set to become 12 age-restricted, market-rate apartments after the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the project on July 27. The Ansonia-based developer must address parking and traffic within 20 months, and construction is expected to start within 30 days and last up to 15 months.
