• Avon Announces America 250 Scholarships (patch.com) — Avon students and families have a new reason to tune into the town’s Avon 250 celebrations, as Avon Dollars for Scholars is offering a $2,500 Commemorative Avon 250 Scholarship. Graduating seniors in the Avon High School classes of 2026 and 2027, as well as Avon residents graduating elsewhere, can apply online by June 1.
