Celebrate 35 Years of Riverdale Farms

Avon shopping complex celebrates anniversary with spending sprees and discounts

Riverdale Farms, purchased by the Silvio Brighenti family in 1977, is celebrating its 35th anniversary with four chances to win a $350 spending spree during the months of October and November.

The shops, restaurants and service businesses at Riverdale Farms will host four, $350 spending spree drawings, which can be redeemed at any of the businesses located in Riverdale Farms. The entry forms for the spending spree drawings will be available in different locations each week throughout Riverdale Farms, highlighting unique and diverse businesses located within the complex.

The entry forms will be available in the following locations:

     · Week of October 22: Avon Clock & Lighting, Avon Plumbing & Heating-Kitchen and Bath Showroom, Babbidge Facilities Construction Co, Eco Energy Guard, Gregory Fish, LLC, Jules Poirier Company, Rossetti Development

     · Week of October 29: Avon Country Deli, Lime Bar and Grill, Toshi Izakaya, Tower View Pizza, Trattoria Il Trullo

     · Week of November 5: Chez GiGi – European Facial and Spa, Hairloft of Avon, Patricia Evans, Licensed Electrologist, Fitbody Personal Training, Shear Artistry Day Spa & Salon, Stars – Dress and bridal, TaTa’s Tailoring, Terry’s School of Dance

     · Week of November 12: All That Jazz!, Avon Wines & Spirits, Burati Travel, The Equestrian Centre, Frost Photography, Stones & Sterling, Tunxis River Crossing, Yarnover

The winners of the spending spree drawing will have the opportunity to use their gift certificate at any of the Riverdale Farms business locations. In addition to the spending spree giveaway, participating businesses will also be offering discounts for their goods and services.

The Silvio Brighenti family purchased Riverdale Farms in 1977 with the intent of preserving its appeal and history.
