If there ever was the right man at the right time, Art House is it. Formerly Commissioner of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, he was tapped by Governor Malloy in October 16, 2016.
His level of security credentials which he received from serving the Administration while he was in WA, DC earlier in his career, makes him a unique appointment to this most critical to our State's safety and in working across all relative departments both on a local and national level.
In Susan Regan's interview with him as the host for CT Valley Views, Mr. House was most candid about the challenges, risk assessment, objectives and depth of the issue to protect our grid and ultimately all citizens in CT.
