Absentee Ballots for November 3rd Election The Secretary of the State's Office will be mailing out absentee ballot applications to all registered voters in September. If you wish to complete an absentee ballot application prior to receiving one from the Secretary of the State's Office, please click HERE to download an absentee ballot. Note that if you choose to download and submit an application at this time, you should not submit the application that you receive in the mail from the Secretary of the State. Applications can be mailed to: Town Clerk's Office, 60 West Main Street, Avon, CT 06001. Please note that original signed applications must be received by the Town Clerk's Office or your ballot will not be accepted. We appreciate your patience during this time.
