Update: Avon Condo Destroyed in Fire

Update: A condo was gutted by flames on Sweetbriar Lane. The fire was contained to one unit, according to NBC Connecticut.

Avon volunteer firefighters and other area departments are on the scene of a fire in the Farmington Woods section of Avon, according to the Avon Volunteer Fire Department Facebook page.

A condo is on fire and there is heavy damage.
