Avon High School Internship and Curriculum Changes on the Horizon

Students will likely have more internship chances and a curriculum that focuses on real-world problem-solving skills.

Avon High School students will likely have more internship opportunities and a revised curriculum come fall.

About 80 students are expected to take internships in the fall compared to 13 in the current semester, according to the Hartford Courant.

On the curriculum front students will be exposed to subjects like algebra and physics earlier.
