The donation—to the Greystone Foundation—came from American Eagle’s donor-advised fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.

“American Eagle is guided by our mission of enriching the lives of our communities to and creating a world where financial freedom is a reality,” said AEFCU President and Chief Executive Officer Howard Brady. “Knowledge is the first step on that journey and the Greystone Foundation’s mission to provide short-term financial assistance and free financial counseling to struggling individuals and families is very much aligned with our own efforts to boost financial literacy and help people gain a solid footing on the pathway to financial freedom."
