Avon Obituary: Pauline Vehslage, 95

Pauline Egglestone Vehslage of Avon, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the age of 95.

Throughout her life Pauline loved to travel, golf, bowl, play bridge, paint and read. She lived a long and happy life filled with love of family and friends.

Survived by her four daughters, Carol Dauer and her husband Edward, Doris Lydon, Nancy Hansen and Donna Savanella, also her sister Margie Garilli and her husband Gino as well as two step daughters Ginny Dunn and Lynn Rizzolo and their families, plus 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Egglestone, her second husband Harold Vehslage and brother Stephen Haloski.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 25th, at 11 am in The Ahern Funeral Home, 111 Main Street, Rt. 4, Unionville, followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Avon. Friends may call at the funeral home, 10-11 am prior to the funeral.
