Robert Madaket Brisco, 19, of Avon, beloved son of Douglas E. and Elizabeth A. (Cowles) Brisco, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015, surrounded by his family.
Born in Hartford, he was raised in Avon, graduating from Avon High School in 2013 where he enjoyed soccer, track, swimming, and golf.
Besides his parents, Doug and Liz, he leaves his brothers William Jetties and Thomas Brant both of Avon; his grandparents Ralph E. and Mary Lou Brisco of East Lyme and Truman D. and Mary B. Cowles of Manchester; aunts and uncles Mary Jo and Mark Regan, Paula Brisco and William Larsen, Gregory and Dorothy Brisco, and T. David Cowles, and Dianne Downey; and many cousins.

His family will receive friends Friday, September 11, 2015 from 4-8 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Road, Avon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 12, 2015, 11 AM, directly at the Church of Saint Ann, 289 Arch Road, Avon. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Foundation to benefit pediatric cancer clinical trials, 282 Washington Street, Hartford, CT 06106.
