Avon Public Library Presents Spring International Film Series

The Avon Public Library is pleased to present the French film, The Diving Bell And The Butterfly, on Thursday, March 31 at 6:30 pm. The Diving Bell And The Butterfly, France, 2008, subtitled, is directed by Julian Schnabel, 112 min, rated PG-13. Introduction & post film discussion with Bob Kagan, Professor of Communication at CCSU and University of Hartford. The Diving Bell And The Butterfly is the true story of Elle magazine editor Jean-Dominique Baby, who suffers a stroke and has to live with an almost totally paralyzed body.
