Avon Resident Promoted to Counsel
Robinson+Cole is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa C. Riccio to counsel, effective January 1, 2018.

Robinson+Cole is pleased to announce the promotion of eight associates to counsel, effective January 1, 2018, including Avon resident Lisa C. Riccio. The other new counsel are Kathleen E. Dion, Jerome L. Garciano, Sorell E. Negro, Evan J. Seeman, Lauren M. Sigg, Jonathan E. Small, and Elizabeth K. Wright.

Lisa C. Riccio – Ms. Riccio handles financial matters related to affordable housing and commercial real estate transactions as a member of the firm’s Real Estate + Development Group. She frequently represents large national banks in loan transactions for public-private affordable housing initiatives. Ms. Riccio also conducts due diligence, performs title analysis, and conducts legal opinion review and analysis for commercial real estate loan transactions. She works primarily in the firm’s Hartford office.
