Bargains at closing sale of Brownstone Bakery for Dogs in Avon, through 5 p.m. Saturday, April 15.
Deep discount prices are now in effect on all products at Brownstone Bakery for Dogs in Avon, as the store prepares to close for good on Saturday, April 15.
The Bakery, co-owned by Roger Howard and Stephanie Perkins, is located at 16 Ensign Drive in Avon (behind Country Curtains, off Route 44). Savings on all products are 25%-70% off marked price, and many are at wholesale prices. All items must be sold by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15.
The closing of the Bakery is due to the retirement of Mr. Howard. In 1998, he opened Three Dog Bakery in West Hartford Center, and in 2010 he opened Brownstone Bakery in Avon. Said Mr. Howard, “We will miss all of our wonderful customers and their dogs. It’s been an honor serving people and their pets for nineteen years.”
