The Peter M. Bakker Agency is looking for a Client Services Manager who would be part of a team reporting to two Financial Advisors and one insurance agent. Daily responsibilities may include: setting up new accounts, maintaining client and branch files, responding and executing client requests, preparing correspondence, creating various reports using Excel, PowerPoint and proprietary programs, and utilizing a CRM system to document client data.
3+ years of financial services support experience is desired, along with strong communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and a CRM system. You must have the ability to remain organized, be detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks; work independently and proactively solve problems.
