Frontier Communications today announced it has seen a significant increase in Vantage™ TV sales in Connecticut, and attributes the boost to customers looking to sign up for a service provider that offers the YES Network.
With opening day for the New York Yankees kicking off today, Frontier is reminding customers in Connecticut that they have the option of watching the Yankees this season on their newly-launched Vantage TV service.
Frontier recently launched a “Say YES” campaign in an effort to inform customers of their sports lineup, which includes the network, particularly popular with Yankees fans in the state. Thousands of fans have found themselves in the dark after Comcast pulled the YES Network from its channel lineup over an ongoing contract dispute.

“We know Yankees coverage is important to the people of Connecticut; putting customer interests first is a top priority at Frontier and we are delighted to be able to offer the YES Network as part of our introductory sports package – as we always have,” said Paul Quick, SVP and General Manager for Frontier’s Connecticut Operations.
The YES Network is part of Frontier’s introductory Sports Select Package – Double Play (Vantage TV with high-speed Internet is $59.99/month for 12 months). Frontier is encouraging new customers not miss a single pitch this season and switch by saying YES to Frontier.
