Discussion Group for Parents of Gifted Children Begins This Month
Parent discussion group for parents of bright children to begin meeting via Skype in February.
Are you at your wit’s end with your bright child? Dealing with social issues, perfectionism, or underachievement? Join the upcoming Parent Discussion Group sponsored by Raising Wizards, a local parent coaching company that provides support to parents of bright and gifted children. The discussion group will meet weekly for 8 weeks via Skype, so you can participate from any location! We will cover a chapter each week from the book “A Parent’s Guide to Gifted Children” by James T. Webb. Topics will include motivation, intensity, peers, underachievement, perfectionism, self-management, school fit, and more.
