Students prepared bagged lunches for local charities

Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation (FVJC) Parents and Students participated in a Mitzvah day. Students prepared bagged lunches to bring to Loaves and Fishes and the South Park Inn. Parents met with the President of the ABC House (A Better Chance) in Simsbury to learn about their fabulous program. The ABC House is a non-profit organization making a difference in the lives of academically talented young men of color from underserved communities. (http://www.simsburyabetterchance.org). 7th graders along with ABC kids baked pies to sell in support of our Social Action Budget.
