Join us Thursday, December 10, 2015 @ 6:30 pm, for Mandarin-language film, The Wedding Banquet, 1993, directed by Oscar winner Ang Lee, rated R, 108 minutes. The film tells the story of a gay Chinese man in New York who plans to marry an immigrant woman to fool his traditionalist parents. Film begins at 6:30 pm with an introduction by film professor Bob Kagan, who will also lead a post-film discussion.
