International Film Series Begins this Fall at Avon Public Library

Join us for this free & fun films series led by Professor Bob Kagan

Save the Dates! The Avon Public Library is pleased to continue its International Film Series this Fall, once again led by local film expert Bob Kagan. Kagan, Professor of Communication at CCSU and University of Hartford will introduce the award winning international films & lead a post film chat following each film.

The lineup for the Fall International Film Series includes:

Thursday September 22, 2016 @ 6:30 pm
Sin Nombre, directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, Rated R, filmed in Spanish

Thursday October 27, 2016 @ 6:30 pm
Bride & Prejudice, directed by Gurinder Chadha, Rated PG-13, filmed in English & Hindi
