Murphy Receives Top Ranking for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Hartford County, Greater New Haven, Shoreline

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Trish Murphy, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Avon office, ranked No. 1 for sales volume achieved among the company’s affiliated sales associates in the Connecticut East region, which encompasses Hartford County, Eastern Shoreline and Greater New Haven. Murphy earned this distinction for closing 83 units totaling more than $34.4 million in sales volume in 2015.

In addition, Murphy was the recipient of the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier award, a distinguished honor presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker® -affiliated sales associates worldwide.

She currently serves on the Loyola Society Board of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Murphy was a certified public accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
