Webster Bank, a leading regional bank serving businesses and consumers from Westchester County, N.Y. to Boston, Mass., announced today the promotion of Ray Beloin to senior vice president, Webster Investment Services as a result of his significant contributions, demonstrated leadership, and increased responsibilities.
Beloin has been with Webster since 1996 and has utilized his almost 20 years of experience in the Hartford, Conn., region.

Beloin is a resident of Avon, Conn. He recently obtained his CFP designation. He is currently pursuing his Certified Employee Benefits designation. Active in the community, Beloin coaches little league soccer in Avon.
