RBS Students Visit Avon Senior Center

As part of an ongoing partnership with the Avon Senior Center and in celebration of Older Americans Month, Mrs. Nancy Wall's 4th grade class from Roaring Brook School, took a field trip there on Tuesday, May 10th to visit with the Seniors. Throughout the year, the class made centerpieces which were brought to the Senior Center for display. During this trip, the children and the seniors worked together to make the beautiful centerpieces displayed above, played a few rounds of Bingo and ate lunch. Everyone had fun and made a new friend!
