Chef's Restaurant and Kitchen Equipment will open sometime in July at 717 Berlin Turnpike.
The site is controversial in that the property owner originally wanted to open a Very Intimate Pleasures (VIP) store on the same spot.
While one last court battle makes its way through the court system, the owner, Dominick DeMartino, is opening Chef's. He also owns the Chef's Restaurant and Kitchen Equipment in Wallingford.
