My home needs some loving, tender care!

It was built in 1956 by my parents. It is a Cape with wood shingles, 40' by 26', with a one-car garage connected by a narrow breezeway. It has two dog houses on the front and a small bathroom dormer (8' wide) on the back of the house. Please see the above pictures of my house and its dimensions.

I will provide the vinyl siding, the aluminum trim coil to wrap the exterior trim, replacement windows, exterior doors, and other materials.

You are to provide a current contractor's license, liability and workers' compensation insurance, equipment, tools, transportation.

There are two (2) picture windows that need to be replaced, each consisting of three DH windows, the two flankers 24" wide and the center window 38" wide, measuring 49-1/2" in height.  There are also (2) DH garage windows approximately 32" wide by 46" in height that need to be replaced, too.

There are three (3) storm doors and a 3/0 by 6/8 front door that will need to be replaced as well as a hatchway door.

For exterior trim and window/door casings, please refer to the dimensions provided in the pictures above as well as the following:

1. There are six (6) 2/8 by 4/2 DH vinyl windows

2. There are two (2) 2/8 by 3/10 wood windows in garage
