Berlin Business Sells Big Lottery Prize
The big winner, from Middletown, hits for $20,000.
BERLIN, CT — A Middletown resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Berlin late last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 2, Mark Vartanian, of Middletown, purchased a Play3 Day ticket from Plaza Liquors in East Berlin and won $20,000.
