BERLIN, CT — The town's youth and social service bureau is asking folks to help out upcoming kindergartners this year by purchasing school supplies to be handed out when school starts.
The Berlin Social and Youth Services Department Monday posted a request on social media for people to help out kindergarten families this fall by helping them make "individual homework kits."
According to the post, they can do so by utilizing an Amazon link set up for the department and there is a list of options ranging from crayons to glue sticks to pencils, pencil boxes and paper.
