Berlin Water Control Issues Voluntary Conservation Notice

The water control requests that all outside water usage be reduced or curtailed until further notice.

Berlin Water Control purchases some of its water from the New Britain Water Department therefore, we are following their conservation notice and requesting that all outside water usage (irrigation, car washing, etc.) be reduced or curtailed until further notice. Additionally, we are urging all customers to shorten showers, run full loads for clothes washing and dishwashing, and turning off the water while brushing your teeth.

Precipitation is well below normal. In general, we are urging all customers to use water wisely, and to practice conservation at this time. Every effort to save water is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please call Berlin Water Control at 860-828-7065.
