BERLIN, CT — Halloween is rapidly approaching and one of the town's more memorable traditions is the annual Scarecrow Contest, which is in full swing.

The Town of Berlin posted a notice on social media urging folks to take a ride to the Arthur B. Powers Municipal Complex on Kensington Road and place their votes.

Trust the town, this will be much more enjoyable than placing a vote in the upcoming mid-terms.
