Where is the denunciation from Democratic candidates of the mudslinging being thrown for weeks by Lifelong Berlinite? I have not heard one Democratic candidate publicly denounce Lifelong Berlinite's endless mud throwing at the Republican candidates. Whatever happened to taking the high road? Certainly not by Lifelong Berlinite. This is the lowest road I have witnessed taken in any election locally.
Berlin faces serious challenges in the future. The citizens of Berlin deserve much better. Where is the leadership from Democratic candidates for decency from its supporters? Where is the leadership from Democratic candidates for elevating political discussion from mere mud throwing? Where is the leadership from Democratic candidates for constructive and serious discussion, and reaching across the aisle to work together to build a better Berlin?
I have not heard one Democratic candidate come out publicly and denounce the mudslinging of Lifelong Democratic. Does the continued silence of the Democratic Party condone this continued mudslinging? Is this the leadership that we now need in Berlin given these difficult economic times?
Vote for a better Berlin. Take the high road on election day.
