Berlin Police arrests as reported for Feb. 14 through Feb. 20, 2015.

Feb. 14:

• Ricardo Ramirez-Hernandez, 53, of 1047 Old Colony Rd., Meriden, Charges: Operator License Endorsements, Operating under the influence, Driving the Wrong Way on a Divided Highway.

Feb. 15:

• Christopher Hill, 34, of 61 Kenyon Circle. Charges: Improper Left Turn in Two-Way Traffic in a Construction or Utility Zone; Operating under the influence.

Feb. 17:

• Christopher Justiniano-Santiago, 21, of 400 Washington St., Middletown. Charge: second-degree failure to appear in court.
• Avery F. Marek, 19, of 630 Cypress Rd. Charges: third-degree assault on a victim who is elderly, blind, disabled, mental or pregnant; Conspiracy at second-degree assault; third-degree assault; second-degree breach of peace.
• Chelsie Margaret Schmitt, 25, of 181 Dwight St., New Britain. Charge: sixth-degree larceny from a coin-operated machine.

Feb. 18:

• Mark Nastri, 53, of 579 Opening Hill Rd., Madison. Charges: third-degree burglary; second-degree false statement; Fraudulent Intent; Interfering With Officer/Simple Assault

Feb. 19:

• John Loxsom, 53, of 127 Roger Rd., New Haven. Charges: Refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating under the influence.

Feb. 20:

• Robert M. Reynolds, 59, of 102 Berlin, Tpke., Berlin. Charge: second-degree failure to appear in court.
