An investigation into an accident in September of 2012 led to the arrest Saturday of a 25-year-old Danbury man.  Justin P. MacIntyre, of Great Plain Road, was arrested by warrant at 10:48 a.m. on July 6 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and traveling too fast for road conditions. Bethel Police said MacIntyre was released after posting a $100 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on July 18.
