Bethel Affordable Housing Proposal Set for Public Hearing

The plan calls for 12 units of affordable housing to be built on Wooster Street.

BETHEL, CT — Bethel residents have been invited to comment Tuesday on a plan to build 12 units of affordable housing on Wooster Street.

The town is prevented from rejecting the proposal for reasons other than health and safety, as the developers applied through the state statute, 8-30g.

The public hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8 at 7:00 p.m in Room D of town hall.
