Bethel Gives Go-Ahead to Resurface Track

BETHEL. CT — The Board of Finance approved funds to resurface the high school track at their meeting Tuesday night.

The $135,000 approved will come out of the capital non-recurring account for the track project, according to the minutes for the meeting. The time frame for the upgrade is immediate.

A new turf field was rejected by voters last year, but the Bethel All Sports Booster Club is raising money for the project
