Bethel Library Welcomes Author Rinku Bhattacharya

Join us at the Bethel Public Library for “Indian Spices and Seasons: A Talk and Tasting” on Saturday, May 7 at 2 pm. Learn how Indian spices meet sustainable living! Intrigued? So were we! The Library welcomes author Rinku Bhattacharya who will share with us her innovative yet practical approach to seasonal Indian cooking, as featured in her book, Spices and Seasons: Simple Sustainable Indian Flavors.
Rinku will demonstrate how to use some essential Indian spices, and offer attendees a taste. Her book will be available for sale and signing.
