Bethel Man Arrested for DUI on Greenwood Avenue

At approximately 1:08 a.m. Friday morning, Bethel Police observed Thinh Nguyen, 21 of Plumtrees Road in Bethel, drive through a red light on Grassy Plain Street. After conducting a traffic stop, it was suspected that Nguyen was driving under the influence and he subsequently failed a standardized field sobriety test.

Nguyen was placed under arrest and charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey a red light. He was released on $100 bond and is expected in court on June 9.
