On Monday, April 4 at 9:30 p.m., the Bethel Police responded to a call on Whitney Road when officers noticed a "suspicious vehicle" parked on the corner of Whitney and Elgin Avenue. After an investigation the driver, Bethel man Stacy Lee Faust, failed a field sobriety test and was charged withe driving while intoxicated. Faust was later held on $500 bond.
