Bethel Man Gets Probation for Third-Degree Sexual Assault, Risk of injury to a Minor
The 24-year-old Bethel man was sentenced on Friday for sexual assault, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.
A Bethel man was sentenced to five years of probation for a March 2015 incident in which police said he sexually assaulted a woman in front of a child, according to the News Times.
Marcello Astudillo, 24, was arrested last March 28 after a domestic violence investigation.
He was sentenced Friday to a five-year suspended prison sentence and five years of probation.
