At 11:50 a.m. Monday morning, a 17-year-old male minor of Mansfield Street Bethel, turned himself into Bethel Police headquarters due to a warrant stemming from an incident that took place in April 2011.
He was charged with evading responsibility, making a restricted turn, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry insurance identification. According the police, "after surrendering himself to this agency, the subject was released on a written promise to appear and is due in court on June 6."
