Bethel Public Library Sponsors 'Mural Contest'

Students in grades 7 – 12 will design a mural that reflects our growing community, S.T.E.A.M., or unity.

Each design will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the top 3 will be voted on by the community.

The Bethel Public Library, a destination for all in the community, is sponsoring a “Mural Contest” to decorate our new Project Lab! For the contest, students in grades 7 – 12 will design a mural that reflects our growing community, S.T.E.A.M., or unity. If your design is chosen, you will paint it in real life and leave a fantastic mark on this library’s history and future. Each design will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the top 3 will be voted on by the community. The winner will receive a $100 gift card to Peachwave!

Here are the important dates to remember:
  • Deadline for submissions: April 28th, 2023
  • Top 3 Announced: May 5th, 2023
  • Community vote: May 8th-19th, 2023
  • Painting will begin in June
