Bethel Sets Public Hearing For Affordable Housing Bids
The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hear two applications for affordable housing units, on Good Hill Road and Shelley Road.
BETHEL, CT —The Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a public forum to hear Tim Draper, Oak Woods LLC, for two Affordable Housing Applications under Section 8-30g of the State Statutes.
One proposed complex is 11 units to be located at 9 Good Hill Road. Thirty percent of the homes in the complex, or four units, would be designated as Affordable Housing. The second proposal is for nine units to be located at 47 Shelley Road. Of those, three would be designated as Affordable Housing.
The developer's applications are available online for review. The public may send comments via regular mail and email to landuse@bethelct.gov. Comments must be received 24 hours prior to the hearing in order to be included.
