Bethel Woman Involved in Rollover Accident in Newtown: Police
A 29-year-old Bethel woman was involved in a rollover crash on Plumtrees Road in Newtown Wednesday morning.
NEWTOWN, CT — An unidentified 29-year-old Bethel woman was involved in a rollover crash in Newtown Wednesday morning, according to Newtown Police.
Police continue to investigate the crash, but police said that a 2008 Jeep Wrangler struck a utility pole on Plumtrees Road, causing a crack in the poll at around 11:38 a.m. There were no serious injuries reported in the crash.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene for evaluation purposes only, according to police. Further information was not immediately available.
