Can you think of anything else that you keep track of so carefully? ! Learn how to get off the caloric roller-coaster permanently!

Counting, weighing, and portioning out food is an old school approach to an even older necessity…nourishing our bodies. We only eat more, when we are eating less…food that is less food and more empty “calories” is one reason why we eat more and gain weight.

When we eat what our body needs, our body will respond.

I’ve lost weight without dieting or measuring. I have changed my relationship with food while also feeling like I’m a lot more educated about our bodies and the fuel we feed them with. Cathy Moore
