Join Town Historian Patrick Wild in celebrating Connecticut Open House Day by testing your knowledge of Bethel's history in a fun and exciting way. Learn to play Kahoot!, a game that allows contestants to answer multiple choice questions using the touch screen of their cell phones.
Results for each round of the game will be immediately scored, tabulated, and projected on a large screen to provide up-to-the-minute player standings. Prizes will be awarded for the game's top three contestants. The event is expected to last approximately one hour and light refreshments will be served.
There is no fee for the event but donations to the Bethel Historical Society are warmly encouraged. This event is open to all ages. To register for the game prior to the date of the event, please contact Patricia Rist, President of the Bethel Historical Society at 203 743-5893 by June 8th. If you do not wish to participate in the game, that’s o.k. but do come along and gather new information about Bethel.
