Donation Drive to Benefit Housatonic Habitat for Humanity
Drop off your donations on Saturday, 7/25 from 9 to 12

The Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors (NFCAR) in collaboration with the Ridgefield Board of Realtors (RBOR) and the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors (GNMBR) will hold a donation drive on Saturday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 15 Stony Hill Road in Bethel to benefit Housatonic Habitat for Humanity.
Donated furniture, hardware, building supplies and other household goods in serviceable condition will be given to Housatonic Habitat’s ReStore, a resale warehouse at 51 Austin St. in Danbury. Open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 9 to 4, the ReStore maintains a sizeable inventory of serviceable items, including doors, framed windows, furniture, hard-to-find hardware, bathroom fixtures, tools and construction materials.
Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes. This process transitions families from renters to homeowners who pay taxes; it helps stabilize families; and enables households to build equity for their future.
