Former Bethel Teacher Accused of Sexual Assault Released from Custody
The former teacher was released from custody after posting a bond.

Brian Stroh, the former Bethel teacher accused of sexually assaulting a minor has been released after he posted a $250,000 bond, the News Times reports.
According to the News Times, Stroh’s lawyer had filed a motion to release him from custody saying he was unable to get mental health treatment. The Assistant State’s Attorney argued that Stroh would be a threat to the victims.

A judge denied a motion to release Stroh on Tuesday on a promise to appear in court, the paper reports.
Stroh was charged with three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

According to State Police, Stroh allegedly had inappropriate contact with three children aged 6, 9 and 11.
