On Friday afternoon, resident author Karen Romano Young visited the ’s second, third and fourth grade class taught by Nicole Brothers.
Young read an excerpt from her latest children’s novel, and taught the students about drawing and creativity.
“Doodlebug” is about a young girl who develops her own way of learning through drawing and doodling and the novel came out last year.
